WHAT IS PROCESSING?
Processing is the time that it takes to accept your payment, make your order and package it! When items are in stock processing is generally 3 days! If an item is on back order, it could take longer than the time frame stated above (rarely ever happens). This is all done before shipping your order out. Processing and shipping are two separate actions.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will get an email once your order is about to be shipped with all the information on your order and the tracking number. Please use the carrier website when tracking your package. You will also get a confirmation email, this is NOT the email that will contain your tracking number, you will get another email including the tracking number.
I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Do not worry! We can change the address as long as we have not shipped your order already! If your item was already shipped then we, unfortunately, cannot do anything.
